The Kettle Krush 5K family event has nearly 400 yearly participants and raises awareness and funds to “krush” homelessness and hunger in Broward County, Florida. The funds raised support the work of The Salvation Army of Broward County, which provides essential resources for community members in need to get out of poverty and become financially stable. The Army is a registered 501(c)3 not-for-profit organization whose mission is to meet human needs in His name without discrimination.
Event details and schedule
Rain or shine, the 2022 Kettle Krush 5K goes on! All participants must sign the Race Participant Waiver/Release Form in order to take part in the event. Registration is available now and at the Registration Zone on the race day. Participant registration includes the following:

WHAT TO EXPECT:
Participants must wear sneakers, athletic or comfortable sporty attire and are encouraged to bring family, friends, colleagues, and pets (dogs only) for a fun competition that deeply impacts the lives of those who need help the most. Participants will receive a complimentary race t-shirt, hot coffee and other refreshments, and children will enjoy the new Kids Kettle Zone with arts, crafts, games on the day of the race.
AWARDS & RECOGNITION:
All participants will receive a participation award. Top finishers will receive a special award and swag bag. New this year, awards will also be given to participants for Wackiest Christmas Outfit, including pets!
